What if there was a cancer protocol that did no harm?

Cancer doesn’t have to be a death sentence.

It IS possible to deprive cancer of what it needs to live. And at the same time, flood your body with things that cause it to shrivel and fade away.

THINGS CANCER NEEDS TO THRIVE:

  • Fear and negative energy

  • Glucose / carbs

  • Congested detox pathways

  • Impaired immune system (e.g. caused by stress)

  • Poor lymphatic flow

CANCER ALSO LOVES:

  • Heavy metals (e.g. in tap water)

  • Parasites (e.g. from pets, sushi, travel)

  • Mold (e.g. non-organic coffee, peanuts, your house)

  • Domestic toxins (e.g. non-stick cookware, cleaning products, teflon)

On my journey, I did 12 days fasting (6 x back to back 48 hour fasts). This was a typical meal between the fasts. Sauerkraut, egg, turmeric, avocado. Nothing that feeds tumor growth.

Be your own health advocate.

This article is not here to discourage you from conventional treatments. If your core beliefs lie in conventional methods and that’s your comfort zone, then stick with that. Really. Belief is one of the most important factors in healing, whichever path you choose. There are countless research studies on how a persons beliefs affect their healing progress.

In 2024 I found myself hearing the dreaded ‘C’ word. It sent me on a wild ride of fear, learning, determination, focus, and being true to my beliefs. I researched everything, dug deep to find studies on alternative healing options, and asked lots of questions. Choosing not to be a backseat passenger (being uninformed or leaving decisions about my body to others) was crucial to my mindset and progress. This article is here to offer brief information about the things that helped me. Perhaps it might be helpful to others.

A build up of toxins will cause mitochondrial dysfunction.

Along my journey, one of the many doctors said these two things to me, pretty much in one breath:

  1. Cancer is the most researched area of medicine.

  2. All we know is that if you get cancer, it’s due mostly to bad luck, with a genetic component.

How embarrassing.

Perhaps, as the most researched area of medicine, cancer has had a lot of money thrown at it. If this is the case, then it makes perfect sense that the industry funded medical schools are not teaching their students about the healing options that make no money, such as fasting.

Look up this study:

“TARGETING THE MITOCHONDRIAL-STEM CELL CONNECTION IN CANCER TREATMENT: A HYBRID ORTHOMOLECULAR PROTOCOL”

This study was a show-stopper when it came out in September 2024. It shows us that cancer is likely caused by abnormal energy metabolism, making it a mitochondrial problem. The study also provides a protocol, which includes many of the things I used.

Things you can implement daily to support healing:

Switch to hydrogen water

Learn about fasting

Support lymphatic flow (walk, jump)

Total avoidance of sugar / glucose

Address parasites

High dose vitamin C or vitamin C IV infusions

The right minerals and supplements

Red light therapy (great at bed time)

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Let go of toxic feelings, people, habits

Learn about methylene blue

Learn about chlorine dioxide solution HERE

Red light therapy has many health and healing benefits.

Organic celery and parsley juice daily, CDS (please note CDS cannot be taken at the same time as several other things such as antioxidants, so best to get advice before taking), and a photo of ‘morning tea while fasting’ one day (the dirty looking drink is diatomaceous earth).

This might be the greatest detox of your life. Do it with:

Infrared saunas (as close to daily as possible)

Colonics and/or enemas

Epsom salt baths

Bentonite clay & zeolite baths

Bentonite clay foot baths

Kidney cleanse

Heavy metal detox

Liver flush (see HERE)

*Cancer is a symptom, not the root cause. Detox is fundamental. If you are unsure about how to effectively do a parasite cleanse, liver flush, kidney cleanse or metal detox, book a session with Sarah.

“Breakfast”… right in the thick of it, my morning routine was a lot.. I would wonder how long I would have to live like this.

Food suggestions that nourish you (& starve cancer cells):

…for when you are not fasting.

Go totally organic and chemical free

Hydrogen water with Celtic sea salt all day

Daily organic cold pressed veg juices (celery, parsley, lemon, beet greens)

Bone broth

Avoid dairy, including raw milk

Absolutely zero sugar or carbs

Ginger

Turmeric

Turkey tail mushroom powder

Green tea, burdock root tea

Apricot kernels (research)

Pure coconut milk

Avocado

Cook only with coconut oil

Veggie soups using beef or chicken bone broth

Moderate animal protein (only wild caught, organic, pasture raised etc)

Make fermented vegetables a priority

Methylene blue is not the nicest tasting drink, but mitochondria love it.

This is the guy I was trying to shrink.

Things to eliminate:

Tap water

Non stick cookware (air fryers, teflon etc. Use stainless steel or cast iron)

Toxic cleaning products

Fragrances (use essential oils)

‘Indoor life’ - Get outside

Processed food

Non-organic coffee

Mold in your house

Plastic food containers (go for glass)

Tampons

Toothpaste with fluoride in it

Un-natural cosmetics

Bluetooth fitness trackers

Airpods

Don’t forget:

Know your beliefs. If unsure, research. Ask questions and dig deeper.

(Through learning) be assertive in your choices. Confidence feeds positivity.

You’re the one in charge, you are the decision maker.

There are plenty of studies demonstrating alternative methods to chemotherapy being at least as effective, if not more. E.g. fasting. But, it’s free, so your doctor might not know have ever been encouraged to look into it.

Before agreeing to a biopsy, understand the risks. You might need to look outside the conventional system for honest information on this. Andreas Moritz book (listed above) is a great resource.,

Focus and keep going. All the little things add up. It’s hard. Especially fasting. But it’s not forever. Healing is a full time job.

Fear drains your energy, and being in nature re-charges it.

There are many ways to heal. People have been healing themselves for centuries.

No one can promise you anything. The whole truth about risks, long term implications, and success rates of conventional treatments are not fully disclosed to cancer patients. The harms of conventional tests and treatments undertaken now might come to surface immediately, or they might surprise you in years to come.

Cancer clinic appointments can leave you feeling helpless and deeply sad. If it all seems too much, start by listening to the audio book mentioned above in ‘must reads’, called ‘Radical Remission’.

Eggs (cooked in coconut oil), sauerkraut and broccoli. It’s no mouth watering feast, but still awesome after a 48 hour fast. Once I got into it and started to experience tumor shrinkage I was super focused and just got on with it, trusting it would not be like this forever!

About my experience:

I received a referral to see a specialist doctor in Bali about the rapidly growing, fixed, and very hard lump on my neck. She ordered a CT scan with contrast and blood pathology. Both results were very worrying, so I immediately flew to Australia with my young daughter. There, I sow multiple doctors. I had 12 consecutive days in a clinic or hospital of some sort, it was confronting and scary. No one was doubting that the lump on my neck was cancer. I had no signs of it being an infection, and all the signs of it being a malignant tumor. The first CT scan in Bali showed the lump to be illuminated, indicating a blood supply. It grew extremely fast and felt ‘alive’. In Australia, a haematologist determined it to be a Hodgkins lymphoma, based on his observation, the CT scan, and my bloods. I was also suffering peripheral neuropathy in the form of extreme nerve pain down my entire left arm, which is a side effect of lymphoma. I was existing on heavy painkillers (and I am the kind of person who hasn’t taken a Panadol in 15 years). The haematologist ordered me to have a PET scan and another CT scan. The PET scan lit up with a high score, indicating tumor malignancy. The PET scan report said: “Lymphoma. Biopsy required to determine subtype”. This was devastating and at the time of hearing this, my protocols had not kicked in yet, and the tumor was still increasing in size each day. I was terrified but committed to healing naturally, and made the decision to refuse a biopsy and chemotherapy no matter what. Biopsies are risky because they allow the contents of the tumor to enter your bloodstream and increase the risk of a re-occurrence years down the track. In my reading since this time, I have learned much about the bodies clever ways of constructing a tumor to protect our organs from the toxic contents. I am very glad I refused the biopsy and that I trusted myself and natural methods. However, due to refusing the biopsy, my diagnosis is considered ‘incomplete’.

A few weeks into my committed fasting and other protocols, my tumor shrank significantly. I was thrilled. I showed the haematologist my ‘improved neck’. He had come to the appointment ready to book me in for the biopsy and 5 months chemotherapy. He didn’t express any positivity about my tumor shrinking. I showed him a printed out copy of the study listed in the ‘must reads’ part of this article, because it is clinical research showing many of the methods I was using have been successful for healing others from cancer too. He wouldn’t even look at it. I asked him if he knew much about how fasting, and noted that it was certainly working for me. All he had to say about fasting was that 'he ‘wouldn’t recommend it to my patients’ and ‘won’t you lose too much weight?’ He was unimpressed when I said I was happy to keep going with my own protocols (and make no further appointments in the conventional system) and that I was settled to heal myself without 5 months of organ-frying.

I have come to learn that the fact that I didn’t get a biopsy, and then managed to shrink my tumor without chemo, is awkward for those who are very attached to their beliefs about western medicine and conventional cancer treatments. It leaves the space for them to doubt my tumor was cancer, in order to sustain the idea that the only way to treat cancer successfully is chemo and/or radiation therapy. To these people I say, no worries, if you ever find yourself with cancer (and at a predicted rate of 1 in 2 adults you just might) then by all means explore chemotherapy. For the others, know there are many other ways to heal from cancer, and people do it every day all over the world. Unfortunately for many who heal their cancer, they are ignored by the medical system, and told it was ‘spontaneous remission’ or ‘an incorrect diagnosis’ or ‘just a miracle’. The medical industry doesn’t like to make a big deal out of free or un-patentable treatment options.

I believe the intense and unconventional cancer protocols I used shrank my tumor successfully, and I believe that the unwavering beliefs I could heal myself were paramount to this process.

Final note

This article was hard to put together! I am sharing a fraction of what I learned during my experience. It’s a triggering topic for many. There is a LOT not listed here, E.G. specific supplements, minerals, and certain meds that can’t be named (think Bon Iver, fen/men-ben,). Once you start learning and questioning, new paths of discovery will appear for you too. I am ‘just’ a passionate nutritionist and natural health advocate who had this wild unexpected ride & great learning curve. My healing journey gave me circumstances that earned me a big influx of new knowledge. My knowledge and the protocols I used are now tools I can share.
